International business is a term used to collectively describe all commercial transactions (private and governmental, sales, investments, logistics,and transportation) that take place between two or more nations. Usually, private companies undertake such transactions for profit; governments undertake them for profit and for political reasons. The conduct of international operations depend on companies objectives and the means which they carry them out. The operations effect and are effected by the physical and societal factors and the competitive evironment. In conclusion, the international business is important to all countries, to sell more goods then you buy it, causes your nation to have more money and value.

Alzheimer's Disease is a demential that already has more than 100 years of history. In november 1901 Auguste Deter, entered the hospital for mental disease in Frankfuit. He was 51 years old, with a striking clinical picture of 5 year of evolution. The disease afected the majority of oldest people and it is destructive for the family members and is really tiring. In conclusion, this disease is very serious so we can take it with calm and we need to have a lot of patience.
