The work and the employment of men and women are not interchangeable, so that weighs on women's double burden of family responsabilites and paid work. If the job is approached as the past that legitimizes the presence in public life and a right to democracy should ensure the right to vote, today women access it and are in a possition of great disadvantage that puts them in a permanent state of aver work.
